Boozy Banned Book Club
7-8 p.m. June 17. Cueni Brewing Co., 945 Huntley Ave., Dunedin. The Book of the Month might not currently be banned in Florida, but it’s on a list of banned books. The club’s purpose is to discuss books that might be considered controversial and have an open dialogue about the book and what might have led to those decisions. Book club participants get $1 off full pours of all drinks. Boozy Banned Book Club meets on the third Wednesday of every month. This month’s read is “Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets” by J.K. Rowling.
