A new concept in dining is planned in the heart of New Main Street in downtown Bradenton at Gather242, which is slated to take over a 1922 building formerly occupied by Bradenton Office Equipment.
The food hall will have seven vendors — all private chefs, no franchises — and a rooftop garden community space, organizers told the Bradenton Area Community Redevelopment Agency in June.
The project, expected to create up to 50 jobs, has a spring 2027 target opening date.
According to its Facebook page, Gather 242 will include a “soda-pop bar, adult bar, rooftop deck, private dining, and live music upstairs.”
