PARRISH — Skyway Title Services LLC has joined Barnes Walker Title, moving owner Christina Barrett and her son, Erik Barrett, to the firm’s Parrish office. She is now branch manager; he is assistant manager and handles closings.
Christina Barrett, who began her career as a paralegal, owned and operated Skyway for eight years, handling every function of the business — licensing, budgeting, payroll, software, insurance, marketing and closings. She brings to Barnes Walker an established network of real estate agents, buyers and sellers across the region.
For Skyway’s clients, little changes day to day. The Barretts remain their title team, now backed by the real estate attorneys at Barnes Walker.
