Meet Squishie, who came to the shelter five months ago. He was dangerously overweight, struggling to move, and clearly suffering from a lack of attention. He has made great strides, offering gentle wiggles, leaning in for pets, and rolling over for belly rubs. Squishie warms up beautifully to new people and is playful in small bursts. Meet Kali, a senior sweetheart looking for a new beginning. Kali’s world changed forever when her beloved owner passed away but despite everything she’s been through, Kali’s heart is still full of love, and she’s ready to share it with someone new. She is calm, quiet, and incredibly easy to care for, loves gentle walks and naps throughout the day, and gets along well with dogs and loves to play in short bursts.
