The Philippine Cultural Foundation presented its annual Summer Talent Showcase on Aug. 23 at the at the Bayanihan Arts and Events Center in Tampa. The afternoon was filled with creativity, passion, and memorable performances as the talented artists came together to share their gifts with the community. Celebrating its 19th year, the tradition, formerly known as the Summer Youth Recital, continues to inspire and showcase emerging and established talents.
