Free October events set in downtown Largo
LARGO — A slate of free community events returns to Horizon West Bay in October, bringing live music, food trucks and wellness programming to downtown.
• Largo Lunch Rush: Food trucks, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursdays.
• Largo Live: Live music, 7-11 p.m. Fridays.
• Health on the Horizon: Noon to 1 p.m. the first Wednesday of the month.
Also beginning Oct. 1, people 21 and older can buy alcoholic drinks from participating businesses and carry them within a designated open-container zone along West Bay Drive between Sixth Street Southwest and First Street Southwest.
