Roughly 20 years after an early franchisee exited the market and months after a recent ribbon cutting ceremony, Whataburger is finally set to open a new location at 10150 Ulmerton Rd. on Thursday, Feb. 12, according to the Texas based burger franchise's website. Officials said the new store near Largo Mall will offer the same made-to-order burgers and menu items 24 hours a day.
