The former Boston Market at 16215 N. Dale Mabry Highway has been closed since 2023. Renovations recently began to convert it to a Cook Out, a popular North Carolina-based fast food chain. The Carrollwood site, purchased for $2.5 million in 2024, will be one of three Cook Out locations already in the works in the Tampa Bay area.
